Shop for all that’s unique ‘til you drop – at one historical stop

As I’m sure you know by now, I love shopping at artisan craft fairs or holiday boutiques, especially when it’s local and held at a spirited and picturesque location. So, if you’re like me and do shop your gifts from local holiday craft shows, then you’re in luck because the Deepwells Holiday Boutique takes place in an 1845-Greek-Revival-style farmhouse – all decked out for the holidays – on Dec. 3, 4, 10 and 11.

Get ready to shop hand-crafted gifts, stained glass, jewelry, pottery, candles, organic soaps and more, from the boutiques that have been created by 30 artisans and are set up throughout Deepwells Farm Mansion. Christmas ornaments, painted Santas and other holiday items are also ready to entice shoppers to snap them up.

If you need a break from your perusing and procuring, then enjoy the complementary hot cocoa and cookies that will be available.

Now, I always have a few hard-to-surprise friends and at least one crafty relative to buy gifts for at the holidays (you might, too), and an artisan fair is often where I can find a one-of-a-kind item. But, at Deepwells I get to shop as well as get to take in the charm of this historic site.

If you plan to go to take home something unique, take a photo of Deepwells to post on FB, too – and have fun readers!
